The two men accused of murdering Newcastle town planner Mthokozisi Ndaba are expected to return to the Newcastle Magistrate’s Court this morning at 9am.
Ndaba was shot and killed outside his Arbor Park home earlier this year in a case that shocked the Newcastle community.
The accused have appeared in court several times since their arrest, with family members and supporters continuing to follow the case closely.
Ahead of today’s appearance, Ndaba’s sister, Khethiwe Ndaba, said the family remains focused on justice.
“Thursday sila, fighting for justice,” she posted.
Supporters are expected to gather at court under the #JusticeForFeelo campaign.
